Hypoleuca fuses poly-temporal drum patterns, live synthesiser & the rare sound computer Kyma to create a unique listening experience somewhere between psychoacoustic experiment & complex post-dubstep.
Gentle rhythmic patterns intertwine around modal/melodic & textural material. Percussive elements provide a stasis—a grounding-while the listener is led through a shifting procession of audio scenes: some birdlike, some watery, some industrial.
