Putting in resonance the current context with the idea of ‘death’ of a theater, as a space for presentation (idea worked by the duo in Paixão e Folia para São João, 2018), Joana Sá and Luís J Martins start the first entry of a ‘poetic catalog’: Folio I.
Questioning musical practices and formats, the duo will work on the idea of musical experience as a trace, ‘resonance between’, (in) tangible trait. In this sense and as a new creation, Folio I. proposes itself as a performance-to-listen that captures, deconstructs and feeds on experiences / resources / objects in resonance with time, the surrounding space and the city.
