Four sound-walks exploring the soundscapes in four levels and meta-levels with its spatial phenomenons of the ancient water reservoirs of Lisbon.

At Lisboa Soa, Kühne presented a modular sound sculpture consisting of an important number of listening devices, created in a sculptural form of paper. The modules of different sizes serve as directional hearing aids, frequency filters and also devices for amplifying voices. The sculptures were used for specially guided soundwalks through the underground territory, including the connecting tunnels between the reservoirs, the ground level with the garden and the Mãe d’Água terrace, generating a diverse understanding of audible and spatial perception.
